We have many sustainability design certification (LEED, BREEAM, HQE, Energy Stars, WELL Building Standard and others). But there is one called Living Building Challenge that has a different approach. Biophilic means "love for nature". When are connect with nature it is proven that naturally the stress levels reduce, our well-being, cognitive function and creativity expand. Biophilic design carries a message and promise to reconnects us with nature, the goal is to live and work in harmonious and healthy spaces. Companies are investing hard on improving productivity and well being for employees.
