OUTDOOR DESIGN
During the initial consultation, the Head Designer meets with the client on-site to discuss the project's scope and design goals, followed by a summary email to confirm understanding. Once the proposal is approved, measurements are taken for a 2D CAD plan and preliminary 3D layouts are created for client review. The chosen design is then detailed in a comprehensive 2D CAD plan and photo-realistic 3D renderings. Final constructive drawings for permitting are prepared, enabling bid requests, with LFD providing a recommended contractor bid.
INTERIOR DESIGN
In the initial consultation, the Head Designer assesses the project scope and client's vision on-site, followed by a summary to confirm understanding. The concept design phase involves presenting two 3D design sets for client feedback, with revisions allowed. Development design finalizes 3Ds, includes a visual board, and provides a basic 2D CAD plan. Pre-construction involves bidding for decor items and detailed CAD plans. The construction phase includes site inspections, with additional visits billable. Revisions offer four complimentary hours, with extra time charged. This streamlined process ensures client involvement and satisfaction at every stage.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Livin Flow team project will oversight, designer / client meetings for style, design direction, colors and material selecting, design sketches, 3D renderings will be executed throughout the project for building all approved items onsite. Project managing/scheduling, Construction Documents will be executed for the construction. Process also includes all city planning work, city trips, managing inspections, plan revisions, pulling permits, handling & orchestrating city requests, help request overall engineering plans. (price does not include actual engineering plans). Another important item is the waste management that belongs to this package.
PURCHASE GUIDE
This service option allows clients to work with LFD for market research and selecting furnishings, decorative objects, lighting, rugs, shades and more. It skips the plan designs and 3D renderings. Instead clients will be presented with a curated board of options to choose from. After making their selection a detailed purchase list will be created. Clients also have the option to upgrade this service, which enables LFD to handle the procurement process including order management, delivery and spatial arrangement.
