This project was a stunning beachfront landscape design for a home in Rancho Palos Verdes. The property boasted an extensive backyard with various slopes, grassy areas, and beautiful surroundings that framed the existing house.

The central challenge was to create a cohesive landscape that carried a consistent design theme across the entire property. To achieve this, we introduced a light, Mediterranean-inspired palette with simple, clean lines and textures that evoke a relaxed coastal vibe.

In addition to the overall aesthetic, we designed an elevated living area equipped with comfortable couches and umbrellas, giving the family a perfect spot to enjoy the ocean view from an ideal vantage point. To add a touch of sensory tranquility, we included a water feature that not only brings in soothing sound elements but also creates a natural transition between the elevated lounge and the open kitchen area.
